acba digital is the mobile banking application of Acba bank OJSC. It is a secure and convenient tool for everyday remote banking. The brand new app was designed and created to make your banking simple and fast. You just need to download the app, become a user via online registration and gain the benefits of the provided services. acba digital allows you to manage your finances whenever and wherever it is convenient for you. The application will give you access to the following features:
• Become a customer via online onboarding process (some services are limited)
• Get access to your banking products via online registration process
• Log on quickly and securely with your fingerprint or facial recognition
• Check your account balances and pending payments
• View individual transaction details
• Transfer money between accounts, and make transfer within Republic of Armenia

We use the latest online security measures to protect your money, your personal information and your privacy. acba digital is protected by Thales Gemalto Mobile Protector SDK. Gemalto Mobile Protector makes wise and privacy-friendly use of biometrics: no biometric data is stored in data centers or servers. It all stays within the user's mobile securely. Gemalto Mobile Protector integrates a combination of proven security mechanisms – such as code obfuscation, encryption, key protection mechanisms with appropriate key management, device binding, and root and jailbreaking detection.
This solution helps to comply with the requirements of the revised PSD2's Regulatory Technical Standard (RTS).

you can’t even order your cards and the interface is simply horrible…why can’t you just have a look at ameria bank’ mobile app and create something similar?
it’s really not that hard.

or even better have a look at revolut’s app.

1. Приложение работает на 30%, за границей, при большой скорости интернета. 
2. В историю транзакции попадают через неделю, это очень не удобно, особенно когда расплачиваешься другой валютой, нет возможности увидеть сразу все издержки

When I try to get register and create an account, but it doesn’t allow me to choose an email, it says username already exist, try another username. But it’s not true as I tried many different names and still didn’t work. And can’t contact the bank to fix but no reply.

Thanks for segment with transactions in process! As a iOS engineer from Tinkoff Bank, I would like recommend to merge it with default segment and just add some “clock” icon on transactions which are in progress. Just make sure that sorting of list is working properly.  

Also cool subscriptions feature. Hope it works properly and blocks any future transactions like canceled one.

Уважаемые разработчики, спасибо, конечно, за возможность после последнего обновления устанавливать PIN-код в приложении, но какого черта за это берется комиссия 500 драм? Собственно за что? Подобный функционал должен быть бесплатным. Так ещё и для его применения на физической карте, сначала требуется вставить карту в банкомат. Понятно, что это сделано ради безопасности, но не лучше ли синхронизировать эти данные с серверов и проверять при вводе кода на терминале в магазине?

**Developer response:** Уважаемый клиент, при получении новой карты первый ввод PIN-кода осуществляется бесплатно. Однако за восстановление или изменение PIN-кода взимается комиссия.

Каждый раз при попытке войти в приложение система выдает, что Пин-Код не верный, будто у меня острая фаза деменции)
Каждый раз мне приходится подтверждать, отправив селфи, получаю новый Пин на телефон и снова - «Проверка не удалась». Тут видимо у меня проблемы со зрением и с моторикой пальцев)

Задаюсь вопросов - Проверка чего не удалась, если введен логин и пароль корректные (это подтверждает получение рег.кода и пин-кода) и введен Пин из смс ?
Что Вы проверяете каждый раз?

Почему я не могу настроить вход по отпечатку пальца и не вводить каждый раз логин, пароль и Пин код?

Почему после каждого обновления система напрочь забывает мои параметры для входа?

Единственный банк, у которого дистанционные каналы настроены так, чтобы не возможно было пользоваться ими дистанционно. 

Пожелание: сделайте приложение более адаптивным к современности, нереально пользоваться банком зарубежом, доступы просто слетают и нет возможность что либо сделать пока не вернешься в Армению. 

Меня уже посещает мысль просто сменить банк на более удобный.
