The problem is that on the STB it shows a 12 digit card number while on the app it says there’s a 10 digit card number and not current card number is not accepted 🤦🏻‍♂️

For nearly 10 times I attepted to register by cable Card No 01760424784 inserted inside the SITI Cable STB,  No 0708BAU03SM39309, but every time shows INVALID No. 
      Then which card no. Or NSC no. is needed ? Will anyone help me ? I need to know as I’m a SITI Cable Subscriber.
