Don’t even try… ### 1/5 — Not functional *2025-01-29* App is hard to use. Expenses are easier to log on the classic app. Also when logging time it won’t let me change the class category ### 1/5 — Useless App *2024-10-08* Cant do anything productive in app. Unable to open tickets, assign tickets, etc. ### 1/5 — What a waste *2024-05-08* Oh ma I was really glad to see an update because the old app was so bad. This new one looks better but boy what a horrible experience. Why in the world would you not allow user to ad a space in notes. They keyboard changes to “done” instead of “return”. Fields auto correct without you even finishing typing. ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2024-05-07* Missing fields such as timer classifications, inability to filter ticket lists to those assigned to you. The tasks, tickets, etc windows show every item for everyone in the deployment, always. There’s no way to only see stuff assigned to you or to set what statuses to filter by.
