This new one looks better but boy what a horrible experience. Why in the world would you not allow user to ad a space in notes. They keyboard changes to “done” instead of “return”. Fields auto correct without you even finishing typing. ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2024-05-07* Missing fields such as timer classifications, inability to filter ticket lists to those assigned to you. The tasks, tickets, etc windows show every item for everyone in the deployment, always. There’s no way to only see stuff assigned to you or to set what statuses to filter by.
