It would be incredibly beneficial to add a dedicated chart for consonants and vowels that explains the mechanics and pronunciation of each sound. Visual aids for mouth positioning and IPA symbols would make this a 5-star experience. As proof i just mumbled bad words in french and got the same good grades than when reading the texts. The system doesn’t speak which is what is the most needed element to work on an accent. Have a great day, ### 1/5 — Authentication failed *2025-07-28* This supposedly AI app always fails to make account which I don’t know why i even need an account, there should be an option to proceed without account. So bad **Developer response:** Sorry for the signup hassle. We only use an account to sync your progress across devices, and personally I hate that too. Thanks for letting us know! ### 2/5 — Doesn’t do what it said on the tin *2026-04-05* The application will not analyse your accent. It will analyse your speech. It will basically detect whether the speech recognition recognised the words you used accurately. Speech recognition algorithms are trained to be able to understand very strong local accents, or otherwise foreign ones. So if you are looking to reduce your distinct regional accent, this app isn’t for you. This will help you speak slower, with more clarity or authority, but definitely will do nothing to help you with your accent. That’s an important distinction.
