Once the widget appears on the screen, it doesn’t go away. Closing the widget removes the app from my phone. Not working!

This app stinks, I can never log in, and when I do, I get stuck on the “update email” page forever until it times out, I would try to use the browser but even that will give me an error that requires me to just call instead.

The app is great to access your account but lacks in supporting mobile deposits!!  I’ve had several issues with mobile deposit particularly with capturing images of the check hence preventing the completion of the deposit. Accentra has no idea why and no support to rectify the issue!

It's a good basic banking app.  But I wish it had options of saving multiple user accounts.  Unfortunately Accentra doesn't allow me to access my wife's accounts through my username.  So I use the website when dealing with her accounts.  When we had wellsfargo they were all connected.  Otherwise it works as it should.
