I use the app all the time, with iOS 14 it crashes as soon as you load it. The OS has been out long enough this should nat happen. Why does the city push people to an app that will not work?

It took a few weeks but the app was updated three days ago and now works again. May be using it on Saturday to report sidewalks not cleared.

Prior: I have been happily using the app for years but it doesn’t work with my new iPhone running iOS 14. I can’t use my old phone because it does not have cell service any more. Please fix it.

We used this app frequently last fall on walks to note code issues in the neighborhood & really liked it!  It worked fine in my 4S with latest iOS.  Took it off to free up some space; reinstalled it after the Jan 2016 update & now it freezes at the home screen.  Please fix!
