	•	View figures and tables - view content in its entirety, or just the images and tables.
	•	View content offline - whether it’s a case of bad wifi, or you are traveling, you can always take your content with you.

### 1/5 — App won’t even log in

*2026-07-06*

The app is broken or glitched. It won’t log in and keeps sending me in circles. The only way I can access Access is through my institution.

### 1/5 — Unable to log in

*2026-06-30*

This app is not usable. It asks for my login, then to click to open the app, then brings me back to the login. It’s an infinite loop and I’m unable to access any material. Also received no response when I emailed them about this issue.

### 1/5 — Unable to log in

*2026-06-07*

Even with typing password or temporary link, it’s stuck in an infinite loop where I can’t log in. Used to like this for quick reads, now it’s terrible. I can’t even access anything because it won’t let me log in.

### 1/5 — Worthless for books

*2026-06-02*

Only the chapters of books are available (the appendix and introduction are absent) yet there isn’t an option to search through all chapters at once for a specific word or phrase, so using a book as a study reference is exceedingly difficult and time consuming because I don’t know where to go to look up the things I want to read about.
Plus, I can’t access the last section of chapters in any book that has grouped them together, due to a glitch in the app.

I’m very unhappy and frustrated with this app, it’s inhibitory to the learning process.

### 1/5 — Sign in problems

*2026-05-30*

I havent been able to log in for so long, the sign in window is glitched or smn, because right after putting the password, it tells to click on the open button to access the app’s content, but instead it takes you to the same stupid sign in screen again

### 4/5 — Not able to access content since last week

*2026-04-03*

App has been good, but sometimes unable to access content since 1 week

**Developer response:** Hi Sidbaruah, thank you for your review. We apologize for any gaps you have experienced in accessing content.

This should be fixed now. Please update your app to the latest version and try once more. If you continue experiencing this issue, please reach our Customer Success team at customersuccess@mheducation.com.

### 1/5 — Useless?

*2026-03-10*

I downloaded the app. I put my username and password in. It asked me to open the app and it send me back to the sign in prompt. Over and over again. Useless.

**Developer response:** Hi mcc02013, thank you for your feedback. we apologize for the trouble you’ve experienced with accessing the app.

This should be fixed now. Please update your app to the latest version and try once more. If you continue experiencing this issue, please reach our Customer Success team at customersuccess@mheducation.com.

### 1/5 — Utterly disappointed

*2026-03-07*

McGraw Hill is a well known source of high quality educational material and recommended by many universities.
I purchased the recommended reading material, an expensive investment when the material is available via the university library. Accessing the online material via the institution is easy and displays well on the laptop.

I am utterly disappointed though in the app and the text-to-speech function. I was looking for something similar to Audible and have been disappointed. The app does not allow the material to continue being spoken unless the app is being looked at, meaning the app can’t be used while exercising, during commuting, or simply to sit and listen.

The app does not allow the user to pick up where they left off but rather takes the user back to the start of the chapter each time, even if you select a section of the chapter and double click on the section as instructed by the app.

Furthermore, the text to speech function mispronounces a wide variety of words making it more a cumbersome resource rather than a valuable learning tool, an issue regardless of the device being used. This issue is made infinitely worse if the user attempts to change the voice.

I truely hope McGraw Hill improves on their functionality and usability as it would be a great benefit to many.

**Developer response:** Hi Bluejasmine2, thank you for your incredibly helpful feedback. I sincerely apologize for how our text-to-speech currently feels in the app. We are actively working on text-to-speech enhancements in the exact scenarios you have described. Please stay tuned for any new release of our app that may include significant enhancements to our text-to-speech functionality.

### 3/5 — Not able to access Murtagh collection

*2026-02-23*

The apple app and web format is completely different. I can’t find Harrison in books or Murtagh collection or the other access like access cardiology in this app

**Developer response:** Hi Sks2024, thank you for your feebdack! We apologize about the formatting differences and are working on this.

In order to access Harrison’s, your account must be connected to an institution that subscribes to AccessMedicine. Similarly, for Murtagh, please ensure your connected institution subscribes to the Murtagh collection. Lastly, the same institutional subscription requirement would apply for cardiology texts and AccessCardiology.

If you have any issues accessing these texts after connecting your account to a subscribing institution, please reach us at customersuccess@mheducation.com.

### 1/5 — Totally broken

*2025-08-20*

The search function is unusable. It will say there are results for your search, but will not display them and will instead state “Sorry we didn’t find anything”. Accounts do not sync properly with your online account. Books, collections, and favorites are not added appropriately. Just another broken, useless app pushed onto students that offers no benefit.

**Developer response:** Hi Kozi2013, thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the trouble you’ve experienced with accessing app content.

We want to assure you that we’ve validated that the search function is working as expected in the latest version of the app. Please make sure your app is updated to the most recent version, as older versions may not sync properly. Once updated, your login should sync seamlessly between the app and the web, and your books, collections, favorites, and recently viewed items should also appear consistently across both platforms.

If you continue to experience issues after updating, we’re happy to assist further—please reach out to us at customersuccess@mheducation.com.
