De app crasht na 1 of 2 uren ongebruikt. Op de gsm ‘De mobiele cliënt zal herstarten ’. Ondertussen is de aanbeller vertrokken… ALLE instellingen staan correct (batterij, machtigingen,…). Er zou een update vereist zijn. Eén van oplossingen die Niko voorstelt is de gsm terug op fabrieksinstellingen te zetten… ### 2/5 — Gebrek updates *2025-12-27, version 2.0.4* Krijg geen oproepen meer binnen sinds upgrade naar laatste IOS van Apple. Van Niko zou je toch verwachten dat het werkt. ### 1/5 — Siri integratie *2025-11-26, version 2.0.4* Ik mis een homekit integratie of een Siri integratie waar opdrachten kunnen ingesproken worden in Siri. ### 4/5 — Problème de son réglé avec la maj *2025-11-14, version 2.0.4* Je modifie mon avis en passant de 1 à 4 étoiles car le problème de son (impossible interagir avec le correspondant) a été réglé. Si il n’y avait pas eu ce problème qui a duré , j’aurais mis 5 étoiles car le système marche très bien en autre temps. ### 1/5 — Niko *2025-11-06, version 2.0.4* Sinds nieuwe update iPhone naar 26.0.1 kan ik juist nog naar buiten kijken. Praten tegen elkaar lukt niet. Dus persoon buiten hoort mij niet en ik hoor het niet binnen. Op iPhone 15pro Max. De binnenpost werkt wel Na x aantal weken na update 26.0.1 werkt de acces controle nog steeds niet. Zo’n duur apparaat en als je de klantenservice belt ben je de zoveelste in de rij @mail ene keer antwoord gehad dat ze er mee bezig zijn. Maar het blijft maar duren. Zeer triestige service moet ik zeggen 😡 ### 1/5 — iOS 26 *2025-10-31, version 2.0.3* App werkt niet meer sinds iOS 26, wanneer komen jullie met een update? ### 1/5 — IOS26 *2025-10-31, version 2.0.3* Na de IOS 26 upgrade is er geen audio communicatie met de beller mogelijk. Na communicatie met Niko, krijg ik te horen dat er aan gewerkt wordt, maar het blijft maar duren. Schandalig dat Niko niet meegaat met de huidige updates ### 2/5 — Geen geluid en microfoon op ios 26.0.1 *2025-10-30, version 2.0.3* Er moet dringend een bugfix komen voor het issue met geluid en microfoon op iphone met ios versie 26.0.1. Werkt niet! ### 2/5 — App onbruikbaar na update ios *2025-10-30, version 2.0.3* Sinds de update naar ios26 kun je via de app niet meer spreken als de er wordt aangebeld. Terug komend probleem bij elke ios update. ### 1/5 — Acces control *2025-10-27, version 2.0.3* Na de update werkt de app en de control weer half. Beeld blijft hangen.
