They must think cybersecurity is a joke, still no 2FA in place years after release. Sunova had this down 5+ years ago. The tech team and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves. ### 1/5 — Moved my mortgage and banking because it’s so bad *2026-07-11, version 19.3.7* The app and website are quite possibly the worst things I’ve ever used. Can never login without receiving errors, have the UI doesn’t populate properly, lacks modern features. I also now have no VPN and the same problems exist for me as the other reviewer mentioned so it is the app!!!! The app is so BAD that i am now realising i am being met st the actual brick and mortar bank with PRE ARRANGED GASLIGHTING KEY STATEMENTS!!!! What app could be so terrible that an entire institutional co-op has to do that and you find out here that you are not the only one?!!! What kind of nepotism hell have we stumbled into? i am constantly going to my brick and mortar bank (just like the other reviewer)because of this app and i am constantly being told the issues are on my end, but now there is no excuse as i now know i am not the only one! If this rings true for you, it’s high time to LEAVE! I will collect my co-op shares (i can because i’m disabled), and give access the finger. So should you! My husband was right too, “what bank does this get out of there!” my hubby has to go out of his way too for this awful co-op to drive me there and curses them profusely because of our inconveniences due to this app ….i have never been so angry at the institutional gaslighting of this branch FOR THE APP, that you would be safer to put your money in a snowbank. Whoever is in charge of this institution (tech for the app) is clearly screwing the CEO or it’s nepotism because how can it go so far as to have pre arranged gaslighting statements for the worst banking app ever made?!!! I feel UNSAFE with this app at the best of times…. Thankfully there is nothing to steal on my end. The glitches are endless and they need to be audited. LEAVE!! ### 1/5 — Log in is not working *2026-06-16, version 19.3.5* Since two days I can’t log into my Access CU App. It gets my Face ID and then I’m stuck in a loading screen. It’s so annoying. Why would you provide the service of an app to check your account and do bill payments, when it’s not working? ### 1/5 — Changing banks to get rid of this app!! *2026-06-13, version 19.3.5* The app is always glitching, not user friendly, very hard to navigate. ### 1/5 — Horrible mobile app, bad website management *2026-06-09, version 19.3.5* I am forced to use this credit union because of my parents, but every single time I have to use the app/website for anything I want to blow my brains out. Each time I open the app, it gives me the same notification as well as asking to use my location no matter what I select. The Face ID is completely useless and does not work, forcing me to type in my password. Not only that, but you have to sign in on a website popup rather than natively within the app. Whenever I make a mobile cheque deposit, the app takes hours, sometimes days to process the money even if submitted during business hours. This is a huge problem if you need to pay someone for something. Not only that, but the debit cards are a mess. Half the time tap doesn’t work (I’ve heard many other users attest to this), and I’ve also had my card deactivated multiple times for no reason. Please fix your app and online processing.
