This app with not work for my daughter so she cannot access anything at work

The app is not working at all. I installed it on both an iPhone and an Android phone, but it never loads. Therefore, I have not had the opportunity to explore the app.

Terrible app, and company beware promise everything in demo then during onboarding clear its not fit for purpose but have you tied into a contract, and charged months even though they have had to stop training as they can’t do what was promised.

This app is brilliant really easy to use. But this week the the profile is unusable I can no longer see my certificates as the page has expanded so can only see half the page
