I’ve used it several times hoping each previous time was a fluke and no matter what, it takes almost a week for the money to be available in my account. Every single week my account gets locked down for a fraud alert when I spend my money on the same things every week. More often than not I do NOT get notified I just get locked down. Then I get told “oh it’s an automated system we can’t do anything about that…..” like seriously? I have 19 separate lockdowns logged just this year. I dont get any type of response when issues arise and more often than not it feels like they don’t trust me with my own money to the point I can’t even touch it. Like as we speak I just got denied in a drive through looking like an idiot because ONCE AGAIN I CANT TOUCH MY MONEY. ### 4/5 — The reason I didn't switch banks. *2013-08-22, version 3.2.0.0* Access caught up to the nationwide banks with this app. I almost switched to Chase to have access to the mobile capabilities. With this app they're right back on the top of my list as one of the better banks. Pros: I can locate ATMs anywhere to save money on fees. I can deposit small checks through the app instead of going to the bank. I can make transfers and check the balance in my account at anytime. I can contact someone at the bank at anytime.
