## What is Access FieldBook?

Capture accessibility fieldwork from walkthrough through follow-up visits.

SITE, AREA, ELEMENT, OBSERVATION  
Organize each survey by site and area, then attach observations to elements. Record barriers, photos, measurements, methods, user-entered judgments, actions, follow-up status, and revisit history without using an automatic pass or fail label.

REUSABLE FIELD TEMPLATES  
Create templates for recurring observations and references. Apply a template, review it, and edit it for the actual site.

PROFESSIONAL PDF REPORTS  
Generate a US Letter PDF with survey identification, scope, consultant profile, area index, observation register, findings, photo log, measurements, user-entered references, revisit history, statuses, and notes. For example, an accessibility consultant can survey a retail property, record doorway and route measurements, and deliver a structured PDF to the owner and architect for remediation planning.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN  
Access FieldBook works offline. No account is required, and there is no cloud sync, advertising, or analytics SDK. Site details, photos, measurements, references, templates, and signatures remain on the device. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet.

PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT STAYS WITH YOU  
All observations, measurements, barriers, judgments, actions, statuses, and reference excerpts are entered by the user. The app does not determine ADA, CBC, or other regulatory compliance or provide legal, engineering, architectural, safety, or medical advice. It does not guarantee survey outcomes.

PRICING  
The free tier includes 1 site survey, up to 5 areas and 40 observations, 5 observation templates, 10 reference templates, unlimited photos, measurements, and revisit entries within each observation, and complete PDF export with default branding.

Pro removes site, area, observation, and template limits and unlocks custom-branded PDFs. Choose $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year. Each auto-renewing plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the selected plan is charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
