## What is Access HomeBuilders?

Access HomeBuilders puts site inspections, quality checklists and issue tracking in the hands of your on-site teams. Built for housebuilders and construction businesses using Access Coins / COINS ERP+, it lets site managers and inspectors complete checks, capture evidence and resolve snags against every plot — online or offline.

NOTE: Access HomeBuilders is a business app for Access Group customers. You'll need an Access Identity account provided by your organisation to sign in.

SITE CHECKS & INSPECTIONS
• Complete standard checklists, tick sheets and inspections for each plot
• Pass or fail items, with mandatory photos and comments where required
• Track progress across sections and close checklists when complete

ISSUE & SNAG TRACKING
• Raise issues from a checklist item or the dashboard
• Set priority, category, location and due dates
• Assign to internal staff, subcontractors or suppliers
• Filter and search by status, priority, assignee and due date

PHOTO EVIDENCE
• Capture with the camera or choose from your library
• Optional control over embedded location and camera metadata
• Review full photo information for audit purposes

ORGANISED AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
• Navigate by company, contract, development and plot
• Dashboard summary of activity and checklists due today

WORKS OFFLINE
• Keep working without a connection; changes sync automatically when you're back online
