I appreciate that the city has put so many resources into one app. My only complaint is that recently some of the zoom and information has not been consistent, but that is more related to the operation of the actual city website than the app itself. I would love to see the icon connect, added in for route information and future versions. If you would like a tutorial on how use the app, the people over at Irvine watchdog created a video on their IG page. ### 2/5 — Reports submitted in this app are ignored *2023-07-09* No response and no action taken. ### 2/5 — Broken features *2023-02-21* Reporting an issue has been broken for the last month or so ### 2/5 — Blank reports *2021-02-23* When I go to my reports, it is blank. I do not see how the report was resolved. ### 1/5 — Events not updated *2019-03-11* Events have not been updated since February 5. ### 2/5 — Broken on modern phones *2018-12-17* I applaud the effort for re-doing the previously completely broken app, however this new app is still a mess on modern iPhones. The developer apparently forgot to test on any newer screen sizes. The interface is broken on iPhone XS Max, e.g. I think you can still (clumsily) get basic features to work with enough patience however. ### 1/5 — Not working *2018-09-15* Keep getting memory and cache messages for at least a month and the links to support don’t work ### 1/5 — No longer works as of Sept 2018 *2018-09-13* Used to be a great app, then Sept 2018 arrived and all the app does is return “Network Errors” stating: “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” or Cache miss.” Hopefully they correct their issues and get it working again. ### 3/5 — Stopped working *2018-09-12* I use this app a lot when I notice graffiti or busted up broken down cars left in my neighborhood. Recently it has stopped working. It used the be very useful. ### 2/5 — Not very useful *2015-01-19* Would have liked to have seen more content. Didn't really find anything useful so I deleted shortly after downloading. Would have liked to see police blotter, announcements, and breaking news.
