The screen then turns white and does nothing else. I then have to delete the app and reinstall. When reinstalled the app spends days just reloading and I can’t get in to my training. This has happened several times and has never just worked. I have fallen behind on my mandatory training with my new employer. I deleted and reinstalled it started working and the hitch started again. I find them not enough! The care certificate can’t be complete because a registered care manager has to sign off. The self employed don’t have anyone to assess the workplace! This works well for employees working for the NHS or care homes / agencies. I’ve closed the app, re-opened and tried again, it does the same thing. Same for even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
