Why would I now have to start memorizing all my account numbers and the associated account names. This is such a simple and easy fix and I’m surprised nobody has made this suggestion or change. I lost access to my Mobile app and just needed to retrieve my credentials. I kept getting an error every time I tried so I decided to use the chat option since I am not in the country and I need access to my bank. That was the beginning of my issues! The chat option is so annoying. Where do I even start? 1. If you accidentally press the back button, you have to start a new chat each time it happens. 2. Sometime the keyboard will just refuse to come up, for absolutely no reason. 3. If the agent sends you a file and you view it, once you try to navigate back to the chat, it takes you back to the beginning and you have to start a new chat. These are just a few of the issues but the experience is 0/10.
