I currently run my property using Hospitable, but I would’ve needed to upgrade to a higher tier just to connect two locks. Jervis solved that instantly. What I appreciate most is the automation and reliability. Jervis generates guest codes across both locks without me having to think about it, and it even creates multiple backup codes automatically on the Yale side. That alone gives me peace of mind that guests will always be able to get in without a mess of troubleshooting. The mobile app isn’t the prettiest, but it gets the job done and stays out of the way — and honestly, the simplicity is part of the charm.
