## What is Access NotesCentre?

Access Notes Centre is a smart, time-saving tool designed for carers, support workers, and healthcare professionals. With just a simple voice recording, the app automatically transcribes your conversation with a patient or service user and uploads it to the Access Notes Centre web app to be viewed at a later point in time.
