However, the setup process is difficult and daunting as there are still staff at my workplace who can’t sign up due problems on the apps end, even though they have done everything they were supposed to. And god forbid you get a new phone and have to log in again as they don’t provide a “Forgotten Password” prompt like all other apps do. Then you have to go through personell, who then has to go through payroll, who then have to contact the app admins. The whole process is unnecessarily stupid. Our poor personell officer has dealt with this kind of problem every day for the last two years! We all wish for email/paper payslips because of this. But, as I said, when it is set up, it’s great ### 1/5 — Why? *2023-10-11, version 12.0.6* If it ain’t broke, why fix it???? I don’t understand what the logic was behind this decision, now the app is useless for shift swaps and I have to use the website which has its own problems. Please fix this.
