## What is Access Redondo?

Whether it's a pothole, graffiti, or a request for information, residents can submit in minutes. Photo-first, location-confirmed, and routed directly to your team for resolution.

Before submitting, residents can check the map to see what's already been reported nearby and follow an existing issue instead of creating a duplicate, reducing noise for staff and keeping requests moving faster.
