### 5/5 — This app is great kind of reminds me of Uber and Lyft

I use this app whenever Access comes to get me, but I hate when the drivers come late. Sometimes the first time I heard about this app, my friend was telling me about it and recommended it to me and every time I use this app it reminds me of using the Uber or lyftapp and it’s very similar. I think it’s great that you can know when the drivers come and what vehicle they ride and how many minutes they’ll be there to get you which is really cool. I’m thankful Access made this app. And I’m happy that they did. Honestly, this is really cool. I hope you can update in the future and let us see the driver’s names and their face is like Uber, but I doubt it but either way this is really amazing. I hope you updated real soon. I’m so excited and I’ll be using it again in the future.

I had such a terrible experience with the pick up time and I set mine up for 3:35pm and the driver came at 4:25pm I had to wait almost an hour, In the morning, my pick up driver came for me on time and I selected 8:55am however in the afternoon the driver that eventually came for me had other people to pickup/drop off, I really feel skeptical about access and I feel like I always have to plan ahead for times

The app does have one minor issue, if you change your location in the website it still doesn’t update the dropoff points but it will still tell you where you’re getting picked up and dropped off. However the app does require you to wait until 15 mins before your pickup time before you can see where the driver is, however if the driver is already there you could get a text or see it is there if you check. Sometimes it can happen twenty minutes or sooner before your pickup. This is a very good app for those who need to locate their vehicle.
