I was really excited to see that our library offers access to this service. I tried to login and every time it either crashes or tells me that my library card number doesn’t exist. So it’s not even a service I can use.

I haven’t gained access to the app. When I tried to set up my account, it crashed.  I’ve tried in installing the app and adding it and can’t get access to the app at all.  Disappointed… I was looking forward to using this.
