Only got the app to submit requests for bulk item pickups, but the only request options I have in the app or for the water department which is a department I haven’t needed to contact in my 4+ years in winter haven. So 1 star until the app is updated. If the option IS in the app, then it’s near impossible to find again warranty 1 star. Really excited for this app, but near useless with current requests available.
