They seem to refuse to fix it. You can’t manually add trips because a next button doesn’t exist. It’s a shame because I loved it when it was working. ### 1/5 — Apple is useless *2022-08-16, version 2.0* From the first day that I downloaded this app I found it useless. According to the people that you call you’re supposed to be able to use this app to schedule trips either for reimbursement or for them to come pick you up. With this app you can’t do either. The most you can do is save addresses and see a map of where you’re going. I can do that with Apple Maps, I don’t need this app to be able to do that. Why would you make an app that you can’t use? I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it because I was getting a black screen whenever I tap to be able to open it. When I reinstalled it it said my login no longer exist and my email address and password are saved on my phone so I know that they’re correct. Please make this app either useful or just delete it from the App Store. What’s the point of having something that there’s no point in using? ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-07-25, version 2.0* Respectfully, guys, this app is a complete waste of time. When regular call line has a long holt time, I want to login to get quick information. I created a login for my child and the app properly promptly showed me my child’s name, with the incorrect insurance carrier, and has no previous information. I needed to find previous trip information and it showed none. How can you use this app if you cannot see any previous information immediately upon login. Would like to see you get this corrected, as using the app would be a great benefit, much quicker than making a phone call. ### 1/5 — A2C *2022-07-22, version 2.0* App works but then it doesn’t work. I have to constantly delete and download it again because it keeps going black ### 1/5 — Needs fixing *2022-07-21, version 2.0* When I first used the app I was excited that I wouldn’t constantly have to call to place a ride but it doesn’t let you move on to the next step when putting in the address to set up a ride and now the screen is completely white and showing nothing which means I have to reinstall it which I don’t really want to keep doing. It either needs some fixing or a update please figure out the problem cause this would have been a very handy tool. ### 1/5 — Not able to validate registration *2022-07-13, version 2.0* Making a call to schedule a trip took me more than 40minutes, so I asked for an online option and they told me about this app. The thing is that i was not able to register a new account and they were not able to help me when I was son the phone with them. It is really bad, they made so many questions over the phone if need to reschedule and then they transfer you to other representative to make a new appointment for a trip, again a lot of questions. It’s just ridiculous that we have to spend more than half an hour to schedule a trip, on top of that this app is not helpful. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2022-07-09, version 2.0* As said by another user, this app only works if you uninstall/reinstall after each use...and that doesn't even work all the time. VERY POOR QUALITY ### 1/5 — Application must be removed and reinstalled after every use *2022-06-12, version 2.0* This application is the only way to view and/or manage trips without calling on the phone. The website doesn’t work (for Anthem insurance), and a phone call isn’t always convenient (not available at all times). The app registration/first use is very non-intuitive (setup wouldn’t work without phone number and many other issues). Once I finally got the app working, it only works once. The second time I try to use it (on an iPhone running latest iOS (15.5)) all I get is a blank non-responsive white screen. I have to remove the app and re-download it in order for it to work again. Yes, I have to do this every time I use the application. ### 1/5 — Fix your app *2022-05-27, version 2.0* App locks out account constantly, I’m unable to reset password. If you set the time to 8am it puts the time as 6am. Anytime I try to add passenger, it doesn’t show up or your dispatch is not telling the transportation company they have a passenger. Had a company named Hillsboro transportation show up with other people going to different appointments and sending them up to our door knocking to let us know our ride is here. Then they have no information on a passenger and then they leave without telling us and still trying to claim the ride through the insurance company. Please fix the communication to the dispatch that is coming to get us and please stop hiring these companies ran by druggies. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional *2022-05-09, version 2.0* If it were possible to give it 0 stars, that is how I would rate it. I used to love this app - it was easy to use and it made scheduling rides very simple. But now, don’t even waste your time. If you schedule in the app, it will completely change what time you input, including the time of day. One time I tried to schedule a ride for 9am, for example, and it scheduled it for 11pm by the time it was submitted. It gives you errors when you try to cancel it, so you end up having to call the number to cancel and reschedule, because they have no proof of the online-scheduled appointment. Yet it’s still advertised as an alternative option when you call to schedule a ride. Please fix this - it’s beyond frustrating. ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever tried to use I’m compelled to give it (-)* *2022-04-22, version 2.0* Unable to logon and unable to schedule a ride. Then in Dec 2021 they broke it. They have not fixed it yet. I routinely wait 3+ hours on hold making a trip. The support number is not a working number. The app is trash. When I even talk to someone, the answer usually is they have no idea why it happened and would transfer me to another department, and I would wire for a long time and eventually hang up the phone! STOP WASTING THE CITIZENS MONEY AND TIME!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless app *2023-04-01* Since Aetna took over Coventry this app has become useless to me. I can book a trip, but it doesn’t appear on the app. Perhaps because it still shows my Coventry Account and not my Aetna account. Have tried numerous times to get someone to fix this to no avail. ### 1/5 — App won’t let me register *2023-02-21* First things first, I called the call center to ask them if they even had an app to schedule trips on without having to call all the time to get a trip scheduled. The agent told me that they didn’t have one and that there was a website. Newsflash, the website doesn’t schedule trips either! The website tells you to call them to schedule! And then not to mention that I stumbled across this app after googling it! Then to make matters worse, I tried to register for a new account in the app and for some reason it can’t locate my insurance (Medstar Family). I called my insurance just to make sure if I had the right Member ID number, and they told me yea. Y’all need to fix this app ASAP so people can use it without having to go through such long waiting times! If someone else goes through this, please let me know, because I thought I was the only one going through this horror of an app. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2023-01-30, version 2.42* All I get is a blank screen. It's fixed now andworks fine!
