I want to stay with Access Bank for personal and business, but it’s getting to the point that I feel restricted by their App. Invest some money here. Add features, hire people, do whatever it takes! There’s no reason in today’s world that a bank of your size isn’t trying to make the UX better. There’s something fundamentally wrong in your technology department in general. I’ve had multiple problems with my accounts over the past several years.
