The app will work the first time, maybe even the second and third. But prolong use causes it to show just a black screen. The only way to resolve it is to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it. Clearly this is a bug of some sorts but no one is willing to investigate. I hate the idea of having to reinstall the app just to be able to see what my next appointments are.
