Useless ### 1/5 — New version of Access Hayward works horribly *2022-07-10* The new version of the Access Hayward app is very bad. The previous version was fast loading and easy to use and find the hazard or problem you were trying to report. The new version always times out, it’s hard to find what you’re looking for to report, and sometimes it just shows you a blank screen and never loads. ### 5/5 — Great App for the City *2021-01-29* Great app for Hayward. Response time is about 24-48 hours from the city. Everything has been resolved quickly. The first time was a box spring for a mattress and the second was a shopping cart. You'd spend more time complaining to a friend about what you saw than actually reporting it using this app. Uploading your pix is all you have to do and the geo tagging lets the City know where the problem is so they can get on it.
