Original review: I love the idea behind this app, unfortunately the “add location” feature is non functional, so in a city of almost 80K people, we have a grand total of 9 registered locations, making it functionally useless for me. As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I thought this would be a huge help, but I honestly forget I even have it installed because it’s been of so little use to me. Hoping this can be corrected in future updates, I would love to see this actually gain some popularity and reach more users.

Updated review: Developer response claims the app is community powered, which directly ignores my primary concern. I genuinely don’t understand what that means when I’ve reached out to others in my community who also live with accessibility issues and are also unable to contribute to adding anything to the app and have received no responses when reaching out to the developers to have the current entries (all of which are inaccurate) updated. Dropping my review to one star as it’s clear the development team is not actually focused on providing a functional application for disabled individuals.

I just read about this app and download it. The majority of the places that are listed have been out of business for several years. Not sure how useful that information would be.

What ever map source is being used, it is very out of date and often identifies place well away from their actual location. 
The concept is very good. If the disabled community got behind something like this maybe businesses would pay attention to their access deficiencies!  
Will continue to review for my area but please attend to the map data problem.

This app is really nicely thought and designed. Here are some improvement ideas to help you make it even more better. I hope you’ll find them helpful. I do support you in your endeavour to make our cities more accessible. It’s really a great purpose. Please do not abandon this project. I’ll talk about it around me to help you get more datas: 
- add a category to report public accessibility devices that are broken or just random things that are not suited for disabled people in the public space (e.g. a no longer functioning elevator at a train station, a sidewalk which is too damaged and bumpy for wheelchairs). People in wheelchair may thus avoid this street or this train station and the city hall or train company could get aware of the problems and then solve it if they are also using the app. It’d be really great if we collectively could contribute to improve the accessibility of the public space. 
- add the possibility to add something on the map which is not indexed by Apple Maps by using just a title, a pic and a location. Apple Maps mainly indexes businesses but some places of interest are missing for instance even though they sometimes have good accessibility features and devices that should be known (I had the case with a memorial that I could not pinpoint) 
- add the possibility to filter information and really focus and make appear only what you’re looking for so that the map is not crowded with information (am I looking for a restaurant, a touristic attraction, a supermarket, a gas station etc?)
- make possible a previewing on the map of what is about to be pinpointed because sometimes two places or more are named the same and close to each other or some places may be indexed twice or more (I had the case with the name of a train station for instance). It’d be nice to see if one pinpoints the right place.

I am very encouraged by this app. 
One shortcoming I see is being able to offer ratings different from those already offered. I encountered a restaurant that was labeled fully accessible with accessible bathrooms. That was not my experience. Also I wasn’t able to add that there was many 180 degree turns required to get into the restaurant and it’s bathroom.
Scooter access is different from kids or wide wheelchairs. Three wheeled scooters are more maneuverable than four wheeled. Turns become very limiting. A kids chair may get in but a more robust conveyance not.
There’s nothing to stop a chain like a restaurant saying that all of its locations are accessible when those of us who have to get in might disagree strongly. All accessibility requirements are not equal.
