App has been broken again by developers. This time it’s been down for a month since the last update. Won’t log in at all. Happens on iPhone and android and I have deleted and reinstalled and still unable to access my account.

I have to delete and reinstall the app in order to log in to my account. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is ridiculous!!! Seriously every time for a long while now. I open the app to log in and the Face ID checks out and then it goes back to the log in screen. Then I manually enter my password and it goes back to the log in screen. If I delete the app and reinstall, it logs me in no problem, except I have to do the 2-step verification again and trust my device again. This is getting old.

I have tried to access my account via the app multiple times and it says my password is incorrect. When I know it is correct. They need to fix their issues.

What’s the point of the app if you can’t see the most recent transactions? The app and the website are both among the worst I have ever used.

Most of the time I try to login and it just sits there with a spiral wheel loading. This is the majority of the time I try to login. There is also no performance graph for my investments and I instead have to look at the printout of how the specific mutual funds I’m invested in are doing individually.
