But they have made a better app from the same company. It has both dictionary and phrase book. ### 2/5 — Limited *2012-07-15* It does translate many words, and conveniently doesn't require a network connection to do so. However, on a recent trip to Argentina, it couldn't find the word I was looking for in about one in ten searches. Also, it can't handle phrases or idioms, even the most common ones. This would be a good value if it was free or even 99 cents. At $4 it is a poor value. ### 2/5 — Doesn't rotate *2012-03-28* It works great. It recognizes words and helps me learn infinitives, but the app doesn't rotate. It only works up and down ( vertical ) not side by side.
