I haven’t been able to use this app. Downloaded twice two months apart. Once I click sign in, it takes me to a browser webpage and gives me an “oops something went wrong. Disappointing because I liked using the website. ### 3/5 — Frustrating software *2022-10-21, version 3.6.5* Often has issues and no support! ### 4/5 — Issue with picking up transfers *2022-07-14, version 3.6.2* Love product but there is an issue if you use Coinbase vault. Transfers between primary and vault wallets can’t be labeled as internal transfers. Need to manually label each move and “funds added” or “funds removed” **Developer response:** Hey! Sorry about the inconvenience, but our hands are tied there. We do our best to extract as many transactions from Coinbase API as possible, but these exchanges won't provide some transactions via API or will only be available through another medium. Hopefully, they will get this sorted. ### 4/5 — Good concept, but it doesn't work... *2022-06-24, version 3.6.2* **Update** After two weeks of being locked up and failing to update, the app "woke up" and started functioning normally after I entered a new transaction. At this time, it is doing exactly as it should, and I love it. Here's hoping this glitch does not return. Stars added... (Original review follows) In concept, this app is exactly what I was looking for: a way to track my whole crypto portfolio in one place. In execution though, it doesn't work. Data updates very irregularly, often going days or even weeks without charts or values updating. Not exaggerating, today is 6/21 and the most recent data point on my charts is 6/05. I've been communicating with tech support and they are very responsive and friendly, but the app still doesn't work. Regarding the the updates on the price: this is mainly because we try to optimize the queries as much as possible in order to meet users needs based on their user behaviour-the more you login and use the app, the faster the prices will update. Need support for Harmony One. Will use if Harmony ONE is supported. By the way, what’s up with the comma at the top rather then at the bottom as like the decimal point? No one caught this? However, the app is missing some key features that the desktop app has like displaying total P&L in $ and % and per-coin P&L in %. Entering dates and times is tedious as it changes after you confirm. Then you have to go back in and correct it. I entered my transactions manually. Everything was done correctly. All my coins show the correct values except ETH. I entered $5000 worth of transactions (which all show up under details), but the total for ETH is only $897. Not only that, but it reads .3 ETH in my portfolio when it should read 1.5 ETH. I went in to each transaction and checked and rechecked. I saved each one again. I cleared the cache and restarted the app. The ETH mistake is STILL THERE. So frustrating after spending so much time entering and rechecking all data. I has so much potential. I was hustled by a scammer that placed some so called funds into this account instead of my personal account now I have funds starring at me in the face and I can't withdraw it!!! They keep saying I have to place money into this app which is refundable just to release the hold thats on this account but I don't trust that!!! I’ve deleted Coinbase and imported it twice and it’s still wrong despite you insisting it’s been fixed. At least let me override the Coinbase imported share total so it balances. It doesn’t support some of the more esoteric alt coins in my portfolio (yet) but they say they will. Another HUGE benefit is their tax reporting tool. They also support all the major wallets and exchanges - including Trust wallet, which not all the other trackers do. AND they connect to other tracker services like Delta, CoinTracker, and CoinTracking. I spent months trying to find the right crypto portfolio app and I am so lucky to have found Accointing. This is the only free app I could find that shows your all time gain/loss of individual coins. Love the breakdown coin by coin, wallet by wallet, net gains, unrealized gains/losses, realized gains/losses. When the various API imports don’t work well, it’s really easy for me to tweak and make the transactions right. I have not contacted support yet, no experience there yet.
