I could not check in for my call with the doctor because the ‘Next’ button did not appear on the health pre-screening web pages.

If they spent half as many resources into providing service that they do creating the fake five star ads on here actually be a semi decent service. If you’ve seen the movie Brazil, you have an idea of what this is actually like.

Infinite loading glitch everytime

Can’t login 90% of the time because it claims my password is wrong.  The password saved in a password manager that works the other 10% of the time.  When I do get in, I get stuck in AI chatbot loops, sent to a different website to get my EOBs and claim info, or they try to sell me virtual primary care BS.  Employer claims this is supposed to make our lives easier, it doesn’t.  I really wish they would switch back to Quantium.

EOBs don't show.  Notifications pane shows blank despite indicating there are notifications.  Pressing on settings does nothing.  Needs some work

Between not being able to talk directly to the insurance company. Not having a direct link to the company that tells your EOB poor user design from multiple logins and multiple prompts for passwords in the same session how many pins can you create before it actually saves one? The wise owl will Never know never know never know.
