Accommodated now supports iOS and iPadOS 18, so more existing devices can use it.

Optional context now comes from private summaries owned by the app that created them. Accommodated opens sibling summaries read-only and uses only the narrow condition and flare context needed for workplace planning. Missing or older connected apps continue to degrade gracefully, and Accommodated remains complete on its own.

* Fixes a background-task actor-isolation issue that could prevent a scheduled iCloud Drive backup from starting when iOS refreshes the app.
* Shows an iCloud Sync issue only while it remains unresolved, while a recent recovery stays available in technical diagnostics.
