Second, I wanted to turn off the key clicks. I sent a support question and the guy replied on a Saturday in 10 minutes. What's not to like. Checking, savings, credit cards...you name it. Perfect for doing an electronic Cash Payments/Cash Receipts Ledger and E-mailing info to your accountant. This is made possible by EZ II's ability to place labels next to the numerical values/amounts. Now you can make an entry "on the fly" and always have an up-to-date total of expenses and know where your money goes. It’s useless without this feature!! Looking elsewhere for another app now **Developer response:** Fixed in version 5.1 and all data was recovered! Please update your response and let users know you did not loose any data. Thanks ### 1/5 — Didn’t function as advertised, couldn’t get refund *2018-04-06, version 6.1* backup is limited to email, and you can only setup email outside the app in Apple settings, not IN the app. Or by emailing the developer every time you need a backup. App didn’t show in my Apple app list, so never was able to set it up properly Kinda clunky as it is. Maybe hope for it in the future Also, can’t change size of buttons. But developer is responsive if u need a manual backup/retrieval. I did get all his emails, and responded, he just couldn’t do anything about the issues **Developer response:** In addition to Apple's ability to backup the app and it's data, the app has built in backup to Email. Email capability is never setup inside of apps, it is setup in Apple's email app. Also, setting up Apple email has nothing to do with Apple settings.
