GSTIN-based derivation stays as a fallback for parties without a state_cd set in MST. - Terms & Condition block suppressed on cash bills — bills where BLS.tt = CASH no longer print the "1. Payment Within 30 Days." line (or the heading above it), since the money's already changed hands. Credit bills continue to print it as before. ### 1.6.2 — 2026-07-16 Bug fixes - CASH A/C bills now print the walk-in customer name (e.g. "AMIT KUMAR") — previously only "CASH A/C" was shown because MST's placeholder was overriding the per-bill name. ### 1.6.1 — 2026-07-10 Debtors / Creditors report - New fixed total bar pinned at the bottom of the list — stays visible while scrolling. - Two-row layout: TOTAL (count) + NET BALANCE on top, DEBIT + CREDIT below, separated by a divider. ### 1.6.0 — 2026-06-30 Takada list - now matches the desktop report - Carry-forward debt is no longer hidden. Old customers with brought-forward outstanding (no new bills this year) now appear correctly; customers with both old and new debt show the full picture. - Partially-paid bills show the split: under each row, a small line reads "(Bill Amount: 56,033 - Paid Amount: 35,030)" so you can see how much was originally billed vs. paid. - L.PayDt + L.Amt strip under every party header shows when the customer last paid and how much. - Standalone journal charges (bank charges, cheque-return charges, interest) now appear as their own rows. Bounced cheques that get paid the same day no longer pollute the list. - Bill numbers are cleaner - the FY prefix is stripped from display. Outstanding ledger - now reconciles to the books - Pulls from the updated multi-year OS_LEDGER export. Every customer with an outstanding balance now appears with the correct amount. FY-aware tap behaviour (both screens) - Bills from the current financial year stay blue and tappable to open the PDF. - Bills from prior FYs (carry-forward rows in Outstanding, OPENING rows in Takada) now show as grey and non-tappable - no more dead taps. ### 1.5.2 — 2026-06-24 ⏺ What's new in 1.5.2 Bug fixes - Ledger Form date field no longer truncates dates like 01-01-2000 — the full date stays on one line. - Sale Report, Outstanding Report and Ledger Report DATE columns now render the full date (26-04-2022) without clipping. - Find Bill input no longer truncates long bill numbers (e.g. 2784); Previous/Next buttons moved to their own row. UI improvements - Outstanding/Takada Report: when every party belongs to the same firm, the firm strip is shown once at the top instead of repeating ACCOUNTA DEMO on every card. - Bill PDF: added a dark separator line above the Total row in both the line-items table and the right-side totals block. - Financial year (e.g. FY 26-27) shown in the app bar across screens.
