Shortly, after opening my business 18 years ago, I met Steven and learned about his great product (this app). I wanted accountability, transparency, and honor from my employees when utilizing this product. This of course is passed onto the customers who are like family to me. There are many other apps out there that offer similar features, however the trust, the accessibility, and the accountability I have with ACCOUNTABILITY GLOBAL is why I have been a long time customer. Not only do they have an incredible product, but they work with their clients to tailor their reporting needs. Accountability Global is one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made. It should save my username/password but doesn’t, every time I have to scan my face wait for it to input the information and then click out of the keyboard so I can press log in. Also, when scanning checkpoints, my company only does nfc (qr also an option) but qr is disabled through my admin so I click scan and have to select nfc even though it’s the only option. Sometimes the page just won’t load and is blank, needs an app restart, or you scan a point and submit it and it struggles to send it for 10 minutes but never actually does and I have to walk all the way back to get it inputted. You can tell it’s an app that points to a webpage which is where I think some of these problems arise. There are also a lot of times where I scan a checkpoint and try to submit pictures and the wheel just spins til it times out, and my photos aren’t uploaded or saved in the app. ### 1/5 — Need a zoom feature *2024-12-17, version 1.5* Can y’all add a zoom feature?!??! ### 1/5 — Bad business *2024-12-06* Steve Crosby owns this company. He hit me then stole this company from me the same exact way he described Mark Downey stealing from him. Whichever app you currently are using or considering to onboard, bypass this as an option. Frequent crashes & an inability to upload images, plus the continual forced logout render it a nightmare. ### 1/5 — Very annoying. *2023-10-23, version 1.2* This app is super annoying to use. My company usually has NFC tags that get damaged or removed so we have to manually input our activity sometimes. This app makes it hard to manually input your activity especially if you have multiple checkpoints at the same location. I don’t want to have to reselect the client every time. You also can only upload 2 photos per report. The app is pretty bad and I recommend officermetrics instead. I can log what I need to, have timestamps for reporting, and fully customize my account. The panic button is a great feature as well.
