Aber seit September 2025 zeigt die App nicht mehr den tatsächlichen aktuellen Kontostand! Sondern es wird der Kontostand vom Vortag angezeigt und zur Verwirrung auch schon die heutigen Buchungen. Dadurch ist immer eine Differenz und man muss selbst ausrechnen, wie hoch der aktuelle Saldo ist!!! Dieser beklagenswerte Zustand resultiert aus einem Wechsel des Dienstleisters der die Umsätze von der Bank an Accountable liefert. Untragbar wenn man nicht einmal den Kontostand ablesen kann… Würde ich nicht noch einmal machen obwohl Accountable ursprünglich super war. ### 3/5 — Prob enregistrement des infos facture *2026-01-23, version 1.248.0* J’utilise ce programme depuis plus d’un an, principalement sur smartphone car je gère beaucoup de factures depuis mon téléphone. De manière régulière, certaines informations disparaissent (logo, QR code, communication de paiement), ce qui m’oblige à tout reconfigurer à chaque fois. J’en ai déjà discuté avec une responsable, qui m’a demandé de le signaler si le problème persistait. C’est donc le cas. ### 5/5 — Facile et interactif *2026-01-18, version 1.246.0* Dommage que le programme ne soit pas adapté aux petites sociétés ### 1/5 — Werkt niet *2026-01-15, version 1.245.0* Er komt altijd op “herstart de app” ### 1/5 — Peppol problemen, geen goede communicatie *2026-01-04, version 1.242.0* Geprobeerd om via accountable zelf mijn boekhouding te doen. Overstappen is geen optie. Geen/halve ondersteuning om problemen op te lossen. Ook peppol is een drama. Veel problemen in hun systeem. Opgepast: registratie ongedaan maken kan enkel door eerst via instellingen in peppol je peppol account te verwijderen. Hierna je account te verwijderen. Zolang je deze stappen niet doet kan je nergens anders op het peppol netwerk. Verwijder je je account zonder eerst je peppol te verwijderen, good luck! Jammer dat de hulp die je krijgt niet duidelijk is. Had vooral het gevoel dat ze je berichten niet echt lezen. Vaak wordt je naar FAQ doorverwezen. Wat lijd tot veel emails om dit te verduidelijken. Ook een veel te duur plan aangesmeerd. Wel was de 30-days money back geen leugen. Maar het zou wel veel simpeler kunnen afgerond worden. Geen fan, jammer want de app leek mij voor de rest wel gebruiksvriendelijk… ### 1/5 — Still no OSS capability *2026-01-02, version 1.242.0* 5 years after OSS is made for cross border customers tax payments, Accountable still hasn’t implemented this easy function. All it needs is a separate counter for foreign tax, separated from local text. Asked in 2021 and 22, they are ‘working on it’ but apparently that’s not true. Further the functionality is highly in-customizable, makes it fail in many scenarios I’ve come across. WeFact has been doing so much better. Too bad, I did enjoyed the UI but not a good enough system. ### 2/5 — Bien MAIS *2025-12-19, version 1.238.0* L’application est bien pensée, en tout cas ça m’aide pas mal mais le clavier sur iPhone s active et pas moyen qu’il s’enlève ce qui veut dire que je ne peux parfois pas sauvegarder des facture ou devis et ceci ruine l’expérience… ### 5/5 — App intuitive et fluide *2025-12-12, version 1.236.0* La meilleure apm pour tenir sa compta comme un pro ### 2/5 — Vorsicht! Eingeschränkte Abschreibungen *2025-12-08, version 1.236.0* Accountable ist eigentlich auf dem richtigen Weg. Zum Platzhirsch Lexware fehlen hier und da aber noch essenzielle Funktionen. Die gravierendste sind die Abschreibemöglichkeiten. Hier fehlt z. B. die degressive Abschreibung oder wenn man z. B. GWG aus vergangenen Geschäftsjahren einpflegen will, geht das nicht, weil Accountable nur die aktuellsten Regeln kennt. Auch die Rechnungsgestaltung ist sehr eingeschränkt: man kann nichtmals eigenes Briefpapier einfügen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die einfachere UI im Vergleich zu Lexware, die Möglichkeit für Fremdwährungen und die bessere Belegerkennung. Wer zudem plant mit Accountable seine komplette Steuererklärung zu machen und Nebeneinkünfte aus Mietverhältnissen oder PV hat, kommt hier nicht weit. Immerhin gibt es seit kurzem die Möglichkeit, Kapitalerträge mit anzugeben. ### 1/5 — Kaum noch nutzbar ohne Premium – Zugriff auf eigene Daten blockiert *2025-11-29, version 1.233.0* Die App war früher wirklich nützlich, aber inzwischen ist sie durch zahlreiche Premium-Schranken komplett kastriert. Nach dem Ende meiner Selbstständigkeit habe ich auf die Free-Version umgestellt – seitdem komme ich nicht mehr an meine eigenen Daten. Der Excel-Export stürzt ständig ab, alle anderen Exporte sind nur mit Abo möglich. Besonders gravierend: Selbst der Support ist hinter einer Paywall versteckt. Es gibt in der App keine Möglichkeit, ohne Premium Hilfe zu bekommen.
