I’m a college athlete, and this is a great app for staying on top of your goals! This app keeps me motivated, and accountable which is the most important part! I recommend this app for anyone working on self improvement 💪

I have been an absolute mess when it comes to organization. I have used numerous different apps but some are too complicated or don’t hold me accountable enough. This is the perfect mix. Simple but so extremely effective. The main reason I am writing this review is because this app alone has helped me loss 10 pounds just from exercising. I would recommend this app to anyone and as a health teacher have already been telling my students about it.

As a busy mom of 2 little ones I am always looking for ways to check in on myself. This app does just that! I often find myself writing my goals down, losing them and/or forgetting them and biggest of all, not following through on the goals I set for myself. This app makes it easy for me to check in daily and keeps my focused on what I want to accomplish each day! It’s my daily reminder in this busy world that my goals are important and can be attained with a positive mindset and the user friendliness of this app makes it fun and easy to track!

I absolutely love this app! I’ve been needing a little push to help get my life back on track after the lazy pandemic…this was it! I can choose goals and set them to check off each day. I love the motivational quotes in the app as well. And I even made a few buddies too and we can chat with each other and push to make our goals. Follow them on TikTok too because they post great quotes to help me through the day!

This app has been a *godsend* in keeping me on track with my goals and maintaining a daily routine. Very user-friendly with its efficient interface. I’ve found the $4 a month to be a valuable investment — you are part of a community whose universal goal is improvement, and the people in that community are incredibly kind, encouraging, and motivating. 
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get their life into a consistent routine and reach their goals.
