This app worked well for the last year, but for the last month or so it no longer works at all. I am not able to use the app and when we called about this, they said that the app is not working with iPhones and they are working on it. Over a month without functioning is way too long to to find a fix when it comes to paying medical and child care bills!

Can’t get to where you add providers or verify that you received ID cards.  If it exists in the app, not user friendly since I cannot find it.

So helpful. Love the ease of quickly checking my HSA balance while I am walking into my dental vision or health appointments. Very handy!!

I like the overall function of the app especially the taking a pic of receipts with your phone and the ability of submitting them instantly. If the folks at Medical Mutual could do their part by stopping the notifications after you have submitted the receipt. 
  Another flaw I’ve found recently is that when the app is first opened it doesn’t open to the current enrollment year, I have to search for it. That is super annoying, and scary to think that you don’t have anything left in the account until you realize that it is showing info from a previous year.
