However, two days ago I did the iCloud Sync Disable/Enable dance in order to sync my Primary device with three Secondary devices, and HUGE swaths of data (5-10 months) are now missing from many of my (nine) accounts. And one of these (that I created in April of this year to track a new checking account) is now missing entirely from my Accounts 2 app. What could have caused that to happen? Fortunately, on my Windows 11 PC I have the exported CSV files for nearly all of my entries (in all nine of my accounts). I need help with this app, currently I disabled Touch and Face ID on the iPad I sent the inquiry with , I’ve had Account 1 and Account 2 apps for as long as iPad was launched , it’s been so long I forgot the passcode which is tied to the app, I didn’t have problem accessing the app when my iPad touch and Face ID were on. Can you help me? I would like to access my Account 2 without adding iPad and Facebook ID back to my iPad which will be in someone else’s hands in the near future. My original device that has Accounts2 on it is older. It also has an older iOS. I can upload the backup to the cloud, but when I tell it to reenable the sync, the app crashes in the old device. Then I am not able to download it to the new device because it says it cannot find the backup in the cloud. And there is plenty of space in the cloud. So I think it’s because it’s an older version. But I am not able to update that iOS or that version of the app right now because the old device is pretty full. It only has 3 GB of space on it. It’s an iPad mini 4; it’s running on iOS 13.3 How can I get the backup onto my new device? I want to transfer the backup and make sure it is safe, before I start messing around with updating things. Both were the paid version. I only updated to accounts 2 because it was required. It was not an easy process to transfer my data. I do not want to update to accounts 3 and have to pay all over again. So I decided to just keep using 2. A few weeks ago I decided to add Face ID to open the app. I did not like the feature as about 80% of the time after a scanned my face it would crash. So I went back into my settings and turned it off. It is still requiring me to use Face ID to open it, and it is still crashing most of the time. I have turned it off and on and off several times I have reset my phone. Nothing seems to help. I wish it had a budget section on accounts 2. I tried to recommend this to friends but now the cost has gone up so none of them wanted to purchase it. I did recommend the free lite version but it only allows 100 transactions. I have accounts for what my teenagers each owe me, so we both know how much and for what. I would love to see some planning/projection ability in the app, but I’ve developed my own spreadsheets for that anyway. I would also love to see a graph option for tracking net worth over time to see my progress. It took me a while to get the syncing to work between devices. At first I was mad I had upgraded to Accounts 2 because essentially it's the same as the first one except with the syncing. I made sure I had upgraded bothe iOS to the same software and it still wouldn't sync. Finally I logged off the iCloud on my iPhone and logged back in. Then I turned off and back on my iPhone and iPad and it worked!
