No way to import data of payee ! To much data to re-enter! Sorry I don’t do Facebook so no support for me! ### 3/5 — Sync issues *2018-02-10* I have been trying he lite version of this app for a few days to see if it was worth buying the premium version and I have to admit that I was enjoying it until today when it refused to sync and asked me to restart my devices to see if that would work. I find this not acceptable. I have also been trying another app, and until today both were neck to neck and was having a hard time deciding which to go for and today my mind was made. Sorry to say, but if the premium version will behave like the lite version, I don’t think is worth it. It is a shame because the app looked very promising. ### 3/5 — Need look ahead for recurring transactions *2017-12-29* I used iReconcile until it was unsupported by the developer. Loved it. This app is very good, but does not allow me to “look ahead” to see recurring transaction for the month ahead. In order to know what I actually have after bills come out I have to sit down with a paper and pencil or calculator to subtract everything out. Defeats the purpose, in my opinion, of having the checkbook conveniently on my phone. I would purchase the paid version and give 4 stars if it would have that feature. ### 4/5 — Data transfer *2017-10-02* I love the app, but the original has stopped working since I upgraded to iOS 11 I have installed the new app, but how do I transfer all the previous data ? ### 1/5 — Not Compatible *2017-10-02, version 6.3* I’ve been using the original app for years and loved it. Now that I’ve updated to iOS 11, I can’t even open it to look at past reports. Very disappointed. All of a sudden I’m entering transactions and I noticed that I’m now in account two and I can’t enter all my transactions without paying a subscription. Very sneaky. I love the app. I’ve always used the app. But now I just read it said him and I’m not willing to pay. Avoid sneaky apps. ### 1/5 — They hijacked all my data *2023-10-02* I have been using Lite version 2 for Years and have been very happy with it. Today I went in to Try and add a transaction and all my data was gone!! Now to find out that o need to update to version three which is NOT FREE to get my data back. This is bribery to get my data - never again! **Developer response:** We never hijacked any user's data. There are different backup and restore options that you can use transfer your data, such as email, dropbox, and file sharing. Apparently we would have to make an entry then on load and down load from the cloud. So much for “Family Sharing”. Now that iOS 11 doesn’t allow me to even open the app I can’t seem to find a way to transfer all my data to the new Accounts 2 app. I had YEARS of account info on it that seem to be lost forever. I REFUSE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN WITH THIS NEW APP AND FALL IN THE SAME PIT I’M IN RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THE DEVELOPER LEVES YOU STRANDED WHICH FORCES YOU TO BUY THIER NEW APP. ### 1/5 — Developers are making you buy it again! *2017-11-15, version 6.4* I bought the fist accounts app and now it’s no longer available, shouldn’t I get the accounts 2 app free? ### 1/5 — Total BULL$*** *2017-11-03* I’ve used the accounts app for YEARS and paid their $3 charge for it. Now with the IOS11 update it somehow no longer works... instead of updating the original app, they redevelop it and make a new accounts 2 app and force you to pay AGAIN. Initially, I used it just as my checkbook ledger, but I’ve since added my credit card accounts. This allows me to see my credit card and bank account balances at a glance. It is easy to use, and I love seeing where my money is being spent using the reports.
