Part of this is due to the apps long loading time, specifically receipt manager. Additionally, it logs the user out in the middle of submissions so I have to log back in and type everything out twice. My staff have external keyboards on their iPads and when they launch the app its in portrait mode not landscape mode. Even though I confirmed using face ID it fails every time. Password and user name are correct, still the app doesnt log me in. I have to reset my password every time I want to use the app. And that regularly blocks my account as well.
