Newspaper and media sales reps have real time access to the AccountScout customer database and rating engine.   This allows for them to look up advertisers and prospects to access their account, communication notes, and order history, with the capability to extend orders with additional ad runs. 

The Home dashboard shows a snapshot of where you are with current revenue amounts, advertisers that have orders that are about to expire, expiring price quotes, and open activities that need attention.  

AccountScout can now help your sales team stay in the field with access to much of the information that was once "locked away" at the office.
