A recent version had added a chat feature and that feature is gone now. Asymmetric communication is vital for any pharmacy at least regarding orders, prescriptions, and resolving the various issues that can arise. ### 1/5 — Update *2026-07-15, version 3.0.2* App stopped being able to login after the update two weeks ago. It was easy to setup and install. You don’t have to be a software engineer to setup like some apps. It reminds you that you need to re-order your medication and it is a simple process. As it turns out, I have had nothing but quality care and service since beginning my med program six months ago. Not one thing has been amiss. I have received my drugs on time, I have received counseling and follow-up. When my next refill is due, they prompt me to order and all the finances were handled without any hinderance. I have an attached copay card on my account, and the system alerts me to when I need a refill. Every time it tells me I have to refill my prescription it won’t let me due to payment, because they haven’t charged card. I’ve been told this should not happen.
