They would not accommodate me. Thank YOU Accredo! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cannot Connect *2026-08-28, version 3.0.7* Every single time I try to use this app on both my iPad and my Android phone (also when I try to log into the website) I get a “Cannot connect please try again in a few minutes”. Well, I’ve been trying in a few minutes and also for a couple of weeks now. I also tried to find a tech support contact but wasn’t able to. What the hell? ### 1/5 — New version is a major step backward *2026-07-23, version 3.0.2* The new version has a streamlined interface, but that streamlining seems to have stripped all of the useful functionality of the previous versions. A recent version had added a chat feature and that feature is gone now. Asymmetric communication is vital for any pharmacy at least regarding orders, prescriptions, and resolving the various issues that can arise. ### 1/5 — Update *2026-07-15, version 3.0.2* App stopped being able to login after the update two weeks ago. They need better testing. ### 1/5 — New to Accredo *2026-05-28, version 2.36.4* This is only my second on 3rd time using Accredo and it is much worse than the previous pharmacy I had. I have an attached copay card on my account, and the system alerts me to when I need a refill. Every time it tells me I have to refill my prescription it won’t let me due to payment, because they haven’t charged card. I’ve been told this should not happen. But it does and it makes getting my prescription on time frustrating. ### 1/5 — There’s always a problem, ordering my refill *2026-05-26, version 2.36.3* I swear every 28 sent me to order my refill. There’s always a problem where I contact my insurance, my doctors, and Accredo. Every single time is a new issue. I have had to call multiple times each month and speak with supervisors to get my medication. In the past I have been on automatic refills and never had to speak to anyone. Accredo has delayed my medication because of this terrible system. Nothing is seamless and it takes forever to get what I need. Accredo is a terrible company that takes up to 3 weeks to set up a prescription after they receive the script. The app allows the user to see the status of the med mostly opaquely and order refills. ### 1/5 — not user friendly *2026-04-25, version 2.36.3* The only thing that I like about this app is that I can order and schedule delivery of the medication which is pretty seamless. I would like to be able to see my past injection, what day it was injected, and be able to adjust previous and future injections. I also want to see upcoming injections so we can plan instead of just seeing it that day. Accredo is miserable to work with and you will always just wish you could pick up your prescriptions at a store. They delay the processing of your prescriptions and then mail them to you adding almost 2 weeks to you getting your prescriptions… even ones that cost 0$. It was easy to setup and install. You don’t have to be a software engineer to setup like some apps. It reminds you that you need to re-order your medication and it is a simple process. Who ever designed this app should be given a medal for this app. ### 5/5 — Satisfied with service *2026-06-24, version 3.0.0* I was really concerned to work with Accredo after reading many critical reviews of their service. As it turns out, I have had nothing but quality care and service since beginning my med program six months ago. Not one thing has been amiss. I have received my drugs on time, I have received counseling and follow-up. When my next refill is due, they prompt me to order and all the finances were handled without any hinderance.
