Glitches
So they have levels from strangers, acquaintances, friends, crush, and so on. I keep getting close to crush for some reason making it drop to stranger for no reason. I contacted them three times each time it happened and no one reached back about anything. Otherwise the AI was actually good and I like that the idea of levels but what’s the point if they keep resetting on you.

Can’t input your own picture for persona.
You can’t upload our own picture for persona. And if you don’t like how the AI generates the picture for your persona, you have to pay the in app currency to generate a new one and hope it makes it right. It couldn’t make a tan skinned character or curly hair, even when I specifically requested my persona to have it. Kinda of disappointing.. The interactions I had the AI bit was brief because I couldn’t personalized my persona. The writing seems to be decent, and interactive but the lack of ability to make a good persona that feels uniquely your own kills the experience for me.

What if Character.AI had good memory and image support?
That’s basically Accrush. The conversation quality is on par with Character.AI’s best characters, but with two things that made me switch: 1. The AI remembers past conversations way better 2.
