When I installed it on my iPad it stopped working and kept asking for my password. Then I put in my password and it wouldn’t open so I had to change the password several times and every time I put in the new password, it wouldn’t work. Then I removed it from my iPad and tried to reinstall it well it wants me to put in payment information when I’VE ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!!

Eventually got it to work by trying a different email and then re-entering the original email.
