The app is untrustworthy. It sometimes doesn’t load the calendar or update it with appointments. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2025-09-16* I’ve been using the AccuLynx app for years now. It leaves much to be desired. The photo upload and organization of photos is terrible. Here in the past few months my recent jobs section has not reloaded and updated to actual jobs that I’ve recently looked at. It’s stuck on the four from however long ago. Messaging is clumsy and slow to use. for the amount of money we pay the phone app should be so much better. Anyone that is in the field working has to deal with this and it slows us down daily. ### 3/5 — iOS freezes quit often *2025-05-05, version 2.8.3* Then I forget to update messages/ communications because a phone call cones right after the swipe up to close it or something else or have to wait to upload pics ### 2/5 — Clunky. *2025-04-24, version 2.8.2* You can only zoom in on one portion of images? Your pocket for a few minutes the camera goes all white and the pictures are white and blank. You have to close the app and restart it for it to work right again. On an iPhone 16 brand new also did it on my iPhone 14 and my iPhone SE. when are you going to fix the issues before adding more useless features ### 2/5 — UX is hot garbage *2025-03-27, version 2.8.0* Please stop releasing new features and focus on making the current ones user-friendly. Using AccuLynx is so frustrating that I want to throw my phone through the wall. Phone logs shouldn’t redirect me to the Home Screen, and copying things like Claim Numbers or anything in job contacts shouldn’t require navigating a complicated CRUD interface. Just talk to users, guys. I will say I appreciate the way it’s set up, however there are a few glitches such as photos uploading in random order and not being able to docusign or edit smart docs which field reps need!! I believe they say they’re updating those issues soon, so hoping that happens! Overall it’s easier to use for quick document access and pdf upload of documents! ### 5/5 — Easy to Use *2025-03-17, version 2.7.10* The app is easy to use and allows me and my sales reps to update files while on the go. There are some features that aren’t easy within the app (i.e. changing job progress to a specific stage). Calendar has been buggy and it’s difficult to tell where you are in it. Dark mode would be a game changer Ability to sign contracts on an iPad Improving presentations via iOS Task management, collaborative to do lists etc need some creative reimagining. Overall it’s been a huge benefit. However this is not a cheap product and I expect you to hustle to get it to great because it’s not there yet. ### 1/5 — Fix the update *2025-11-26, version 2.9.2* Since the last update I have a red 1 notification on my app and it won’t go away. I don’t have any pending notifications. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Photos *2025-11-20, version 2.9.1* I have a newer iPhone and for some reason the field app defiles to let me upload photos in the field. Considering this is app for photos it’s disappointing with how much we pay for the main app. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-09-17, version 2.8.12* What's the point of the app if you can't create an estimate in the field. This software costs way to much to not be able to do that! ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-09-09, version 2.8.12* App is currently just a landing page with non-functional “log in” and “forgot password” buttons, but it still sends me notifications even though I can not see them through the mobile app. ### 1/5 — Research *2025-08-13, version 2.8.10* All of the information you input is now going to people that you don’t want it to go to due to a recent purchase. Do your research. Get away. ### 1/5 — Smoke and Mirrors *2024-11-01* It seems like the only reason they made this app was to say WE HAVE AN APP! They made it for marketing purposes. So now they tap-dance around the truth of how pointless the app is for legitimate day in and day out use for a busy project manager. It’s basically an app to store pics and pics of documents. And you can alter simple data on main project details. That’s it. You’re much better off just using your laptop in the field, since you can’t even write a simple estimate or create a simple invoice with it! Totally insincere and worthless, I would give the app zero stars if it were possible. Plus, it crashes constantly. Absolutely the worst app ever for project managers. It’s pure, deceitful marketing garbage. ### 1/5 — Communications 🙄 *2024-10-30* I've spent half the day trying to figure out the new communications bar and was a waste of valuable time when I could've been working with customers. I absolutely hate it. I can't find any of my old messages. I have to open each individual one to see if that's the one I was messaging in. When coworkers send me messages and I replied back to them, I also end up replying back to myself and get a new email which means twice as many emails. It's ridiculous. Just get rid of it and go back to the message, if it's not broke don't fix it. Also I don't need my phone calls recorded. 🙄🙄 Here's an idea, put the message bar back in its original location and put the communication bar down below so people who want to use it can still use it but people who like the messages can use it effectively without change. It's not rocket science. ### 1/5 — Have to force close and relaunch App to switch between jobs *2024-07-18* This updated version of app makes you force close it and relaunch if you want to search a new job. I can close the current job and search the new one, but it will not allow you to open the new file. So now you have to force close it and relaunch the app. This makes it where I have to force close this app appx. 20 times a day. Extremely inefficient. Also, uploading photos to jobs with the updated version adds 2-3 extra steps as opposed to the last version. I don’t see how this is supposed to be better when everything requires extra steps which requires more time which means I’m making less money since I’m spending more time on the app now then in previously. I waited approximately a month to make a review thinking that they would have resolved these issues by now. But nope. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having a problem. Please reach out to acculynx.com/support/ and we should be able to get you going again quickly! ### 1/5 — Old field app was much better. *2024-03-11* They need to allow field to add smart docs as well who does change orders. The field. Who can’t do change order smart docs? The field. I’m deleting this until they can add anything new of value from the old field app. And they need to get rid of the stupid pop up on the old field app telling us to use this bad version. Makes me want to go with another CRM. Half the time I go to take a picture in this app and the screen goes all white missing important pictures from my jobs fix this thing or turn on the old app. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. They are pretty responsive to suggestions and helpful when the time arises ### 5/5 — 10 Years *2025-10-21, version 2.8.17* I have been using AccuLynx for a decade. Along the way I have tried other software’s and none compare to AccuLynx. Their customer service is also on another level. If I had to “complain” about anything it’s the integration with A&C Supply.
