I messaged the customer services via the app to reset my password. I had a response but didn’t see it before I messaged them again requesting they reset my password, so the password reset didn’t work. I have messaged them multiple times and have still not had a response over two weeks. I don’t want to have to set up a new account as I will lose all my data.
